Samen met het team vraag je prijzen uit, bezoek je de bouw en zorg je dat het geld klopt tot op de cent. Eigenlijk ben je de financiële geweten van het project. Functie-eisen- HBO-denkniveau met ervaring als calculator (of sterke ambitie om dat te worden)- Bouwkundige kennis of de motivatie om die snel op te pikken- Analytisch vermogen, oog voor detail en voeling met planning en budget- Proactieve houding: je schakelt makkelijk met team, opdrachtgever en marktpartijen- Nieuwsgierigheid naar technische innovaties en hun kosteneffectiviteit- Helder communicator en gestructureerd werker Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Salaris tussen de €5.500,- en €8.500,- per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring- 43 verlofdagen volgens de CAO Bouw en Infra, plus 13 dagen die je naar eigen inzicht kunt gebruiken of terugkopen- Keuze tussen leaseauto of mobiliteitsvergoeding naar jouw voorkeur- Goed geregelde pensioenregeling voor je toekomst- Persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van €3.000,- per jaar voor trainingen, opleidingen of coaching- Fulltime betekent 38,75 uur per week- Gezonde, vers bereide lunch in de kantine (kleine bijdrage van jezelf)- Werken in een groene omgeving met uitzicht over de Maas- Cultuur waar leren, ontwikkelen en samenwerken centraal staan- Regelmatig gezelligheid: zomerBBQ en enthousiaste Roparun-deelnemers welkom Interesse?- Chat met Will Werk en laat ons weten dat je dit bent!
