Functie-eisen- Minimaal mbo-denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een bouwkundige of technische richting- Aantoonbare ervaring als calculator, kostendeskundige of vergelijkbare functie in bouw of renovatie- Kennis van prijs- en technische ontwikkelingen op de markt, met interesse in innovaties- Vermogen om wensen van stakeholders om te zetten in scherpe, realistische kostenramingen- Sterk analytisch vermogen: je ziet snel kansen, risico's en optimalisaties- Uitstekende vaardigheden in luisteren, plannen en organiseren- Flexibele en besluitvaardige houding, je schakelt moeiteloos tussen projecten- Groot leervermogen en voortdurende inhoudelijke ontwikkeling- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd werken met volle verantwoordelijkheid voor je adviezen Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Salaris van 4.850 tot 6.000 euro bruto per maand (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)- 43 verlofdagen volgens CAO Bouw en Infra, met de mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen- Keuze tussen leaseauto of passende mobiliteitsvergoeding- Goed geregelde pensioenregeling via BPF- Persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van 3.000 euro per jaar- Vrijheid in je werk met mogelijkheid om thuis te werken- Fulltime dienstverband (38,75 uur per week)- Dagelijks gezonde, versbereide lunch in de kantine (kleine bijdrage)- Werken bij een organisatie met duurzame en sociale missie- Groene werkomgeving met uitzicht over de Maas- Regelmatige teamactiviteiten en mogelijkheid voor maatschappelijk engagement Interesse?Chat met Will en laat weten dat je deze calculator-uitdaging aanwilt!
