Je start de dag met een blik op de planning en technische tekeningen. Even nadenken welke bewerkingen nodig zijn, de juiste slijpschijven selecteren, en het product vakkundig opspannen. Dan wordt het tijd om het CNC-programma in te stellen of zelf een nieuw programma te schrijven. Terwijl de machine draait controleer je de maatvoering met nauwkeurige meetmiddelen, en mocht er iets afwijken? Dan pak je het aan en pas je het proces aan. Functie-eisen- Aantoonbare ervaring als CNC-slijper, of ervaring als CNC-draaier/-frezer met motivatie om het slijpvak aan te leren- Vermogen om CNC-machines zelfstandig te programmeren of bereidheid dit verder te leren- Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies- Nauwkeurig werken met meetmiddelen- Technisch inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit- Zelfstandig werkend vermogen met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel- Oplossingsgericht denken en het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden- Bereidheid voor vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling- Beschikbaarheid in Capelle aan den IJssel Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Marktconform salaris- Goede pensioenregeling- Reiskostenvergoeding- Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens geldende cao- Interne opleidingen en vakgerichte ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden- Werken met moderne CNC-machines en hoogwaardige producten- Deskundig en collegiaal team- Ruimte om mee te denken over technische verbeteringen- Informele en professionele werkomgeving met korte lijnen Interesse?- Chat met Will en laat ons weten dat je erbij wilt horen.
