Je bent de onzichtbare held achter elke verzending: je regelt papierwerk, coördineert met vervoerders en overheden, en zorgt ervoor dat alles keurig op tijd en op orde is. Ene dag zit je in Excel-formules, de volgende maak je exportcertificaten klaar of zet je facturering uit. Het voelt als puzzelen, maar dan met echte impact – want zonder jouw werk gaan er geen goederen de grens over. En ja, je houdt van structuur, maar je werkt gelukkig in een team waar het allemaal wat informeler en vrijer toegaat. Functie-eisen- MBO+ niveau of gelijkwaardige werkervaring- Minimaal enkele jaren relevante ervaring met exportdocumentatie en/of administratie- Sterk in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Vloeiend Engels in woord en geschrift- Nauwkeurig, ordelijk en stressbestendig – deadlines zijn je vrienden, niet je vijanden- Goed kunnen samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen, vervoerders en instanties Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Fulltime positie in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel- Aantrekkelijk salaris, passend bij ervaring en niveau- Perspectief op een vast contract- Prettige, open en informele werksfeer- Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden- Kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in een gestructureerde omgeving Interesse?Chat met Will Werk en vertel ons wat je motigeert.
