Als Insteller-Operator CNC Lasermachines sta je centraal in het productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en productie-klaar maken van onze 3D lasermachines. Je controleert werkorders, verzamelt en stelt gereedschappen af en zorgt dat alle materialen aanwezig zijn om kwalitatief werk te leveren. Jouw focus ligt op nauwkeurigheid, veiligheid en het behalen van de vastgelegde kwaliteitsnormen.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start je met het doornemen van de planning en het voorbereiden van je werkpost. Je leest de instelformulieren, laadt het juiste programma, voert een testrun uit en meet de eerste stukken met speciale meetapparatuur. Tijdens de productie blijf je alert: je volgt continu de kwaliteit van de gesneden delen op, grijpt in waar nodig en verpakt de afgewerkte producten volgens strikte instructies. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem, samen met een hecht team van collega’s.

  • Je hebt ervaring als technisch operator of bent technisch sterk onderlegd
  • Je bent contactvaardig, nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je kan zelfstandig én in team werken
  • Je handelt resultaatgericht en bent stressbestendig
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs
  • Je hebt tussen 2 en 5 jaar relevante ervaring
