Je bent de stem van een wereldberoemd automerk en helpt klanten dagelijks met hun vragen over gloednieuwe modellen, technische problemen of de perfecte aankoopbeslissing. Je lost complexe situaties op met een glimlach (zelfs als ze je niet kunnen zien) en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant tevreden de telefoon neerleggen. Jij bent dé go-to guru die klanten graag aan de lijn krijgen. Functie-eisen- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands én Engels (Grieks is een pluspunt!)- Geduld, empathie en een oplossingsgericht mindset- Ervaring in klantenservice of sales is welkom- Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt je humor, ook bij lastige klanten- Sterke probleemoplossingsvaardigheden Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Fulltime functie bij een internationaal bedrijf- Aantrekkelijk salaris met bonusregeling op basis van prestaties- Werken vanuit Griekenland (remote of kantoor)- Trainingsprogramma om je een expert in het merk te maken- Gezellig internationaal team- Goeie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden Interesse?Chat met Will Werk en we brengen je in contact met ons team!
