Jouw dag begint met een korte werkbespreking: wat staat er op het programma, welke veiligheidsafspraken gelden en wie doet wat? Je verdeelt de taken, controleert of alle materialen er zijn en stemt bijzonderheden af met de planning. Daarna pak je zelf de schop op en werk je mee aan groenprojecten. De ene dag begeleid je meerdere kleinere klussen, volgende week ben je enkele weken verantwoordelijk voor één groter project. Tussendoor houd je contact met opdrachtgevers, bewaak je de kwaliteit en help je collega's waar nodig.
