Als monteerder-samensteller ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen en componenten klaarstaan en voert montage- en samenstelwerkzaamheden uit volgens de planning. Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond en precisie lever je kwaliteitsvol werk af dat voldoet aan de hoge eisen van de metaalsector.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het controleren van de planning en het voorzien van de nodige materialen. Je stelt metalen onderdelen samen, voert laswerken (TIG is een plus) uit en controleert de afgewerkte producten op kwaliteit. Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit aan machines. Daarbij overleg je regelmatig met je collega’s om het werk vlot te laten verlopen.

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs (lager of hoger)
  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring in montage, samenstelling of laswerken
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig werk organiseren
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt probleemoplossend mee
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen en/of mechanische montage is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen
  • Je kan goed samenwerken in teamverband en vlot communiceren
