Functie-eisen- Aantoonbare ervaring in scheepsreparatie, onderhoud of maritieme techniek- Sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten en mentaliteit- Veiligheid is geen slogan voor jou, maar een dagelijkse praktijk- Vermogen om meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht te houden- Communicatief sterk, zowel met je team als met stakeholders- Bereidheid om handen uit de mouwen te steken waar nodig Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse reparatie- en onderhoudsoperaties- Directe aansturing van een gemotiveerd team- Nauwe samenwerking met projectmanagers en onderaannemers- Salaris en secundaire voorwaarden in lijn met jouw ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden- Uitdaging en vrijheid om dingen goed te doen Interesse?Chat met Will Werk en laat ons weten dat je hier aan de slag wilt!
