Als Technical Support Specialist After Sales ben jij dé schakel tussen onze klanten en interne teams bij technische problemen of vragen over telescopische tribunes. Je analyseert klachten en technische issues, geeft klanten telefonisch of per e-mail duidelijke antwoorden en zorgt dat ze snel weer verder kunnen.Met jouw technisch inzicht verzamel je de nodige info voor onze calculatie- en offertedienst, zodat zij snel een correcte offerte kunnen opmaken voor herstellingen. Je bereidt samen met Engineering de after-sales interventies voor en coördineert mee de planning van monteurs en techniekers.Je staat dagelijks in contact met monteurs op locatie, biedt hen ondersteuning en denkt actief mee aan oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen.   • Je hebt een brede technische achtergrond (elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, en beheerst voldoende Frans (kennis van Duits is een plus)
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, oplossingsgericht en leergierig
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B
  • Je communiceert vlot en houdt van teamwork
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een troef, maar geen must
