Jij bent de veiligheidswaakhond op de werkvloer die ervoor zorgt dat iedereen aan het eind van de dag met evenveel vingers naar huis gaat als waarmee ze zijn gekomen. Je stelt veiligheidsplannen op, loopt OOG-rondes, leidt toolboxmeetings en onderzoekt wat er misgaat (of bijna misgaat). Dagelijks ben je het gezicht van veiligheid: adviseren, controleren, communiceren en soms ook gewoon even een goed gesprek voeren om risico's uit de wereld te helpen. Functie-eisen- Diploma Middelbare Veiligheidskunde- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden- Uitstekende Nederlandse taalkennis- Uitstekend communicatievermogen op verschillende niveaus- Excellent conflictmanagement- Bereidheid om samen met anderen aan veiligheid te werken- Werkervaring is niet verplicht – motivatie en instelling zijn belangrijker Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Afwisselende projecten in verschillende omgevingen- Samenwerking met ervaren Hogere Veiligheidskundigen- Mogelijkheid om je kennis en ervaring uit te breiden- Een rol waarin je echt verschil maakt voor je collega's- Vast contract met vooruitzichten Interesse?- Chat met Will Werk en vertel ons waarom jij de perfecte match bent voor deze functie.
