1 WordPress Developer / Technical Web Manager (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt WordPress, Tracking & technische Weiterentwicklung

Wir suchen eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere bestehenden WordPress-Websites übernimmt, einen bereits weit fortgeschrittenen Relaunch erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringt und unsere Web-Infrastruktur anschließend technisch betreut und weiterentwickelt.

Die Aufgabe eignet sich besonders für jemanden, der nicht nur WordPress beherrscht, sondern sich auch mit Hosting, Tracking und Consent Management auskennt und gerne Verantwortung für eine bestehende technische Umgebung übernimmt.

Deine Aufgaben WordPress & Relaunch

* Übernahme und Einarbeitung in den bestehenden Projektstand * Fertigstellung eines laufenden Website-Relaunches * Optimierung von Navigation, Theme und bestehenden Inhalten * Konfiguration und Anpassung bestehender WordPress-Module und Plugins * Integration einer zweiten bestehenden WordPress-Website in die Hauptwebsite * Technische Qualitätssicherung und Begleitung der Abnahme

Hosting & technische Infrastruktur * Begleitung bzw. Koordination des Umzugs auf eine dedizierte Serverumgebung * Betreuung von Domains, DNS und technischen Hosting-Themen * Abstimmung mit unserem Hosting-Partner * Unterstützung bei der Migration bestehender Systeme und Mailkonten

Tracking & Datenschutz * Einrichtung bzw. Optimierung von Google Analytics 4 und Google Tag Manager * Erfahrung mit Server-Side-Tracking bzw. Server-Side-Tagging * Einrichtung und Pflege von Looker-Studio-Reports * Konfiguration von Consent Management, insbesondere Borlabs Cookie * Technische Umsetzung der Anforderungen rund um Datenschutz und Consent in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen internen/externen Stellen

Was du mitbringen solltest * Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit WordPress * Gute Kenntnisse in PHP, HTML, CSS und JavaScript * Erfahrung mit bestehenden WordPress-Themes und Plugin-Strukturen * Erfahrung mit Website- und Servermigrationen * Grundverständnis von Hosting, DNS, Domains und SSL * Erfahrung mit GA4 und Google Tag Manager * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Server-Side-Tracking * Erfahrung mit Borlabs Cookie oder vergleichbaren Consent-Management-Lösungen * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Fähigkeit, sich in bestehende Projekte und bereits vorhandenen Code einzuarbeiten * Gute Dokumentation der vorgenommenen Änderungen

Besonders wichtig für uns Du startest bei uns nicht auf der grünen Wiese. Ein wesentlicher Teil der Aufgabe besteht darin, einen vorhandenen technischen Stand zu analysieren, offene Punkte zu identifizieren und das Projekt strukturiert zu Ende zu führen.

Wir suchen daher jemanden, der bestehende Lösungen pragmatisch weiterentwickeln kann und nicht bei jeder Herausforderung einen kompletten Neubau empfiehlt.
