Jouw baan als in een notendop Jij bent met je team verantwoordelijk voor het uitgeven van werkvergunningen en houd je toezicht op de werkzaamheden. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen van de ingediende reparatieaanvragen. Je werkt hierbij intensief samen met de productieploegen en de onderhoudsafdeling, met als resultaat een gedegen planning van onderhoudsactiviteiten in het productieplan. Je coördineert vanuit de productieafdeling het afregelen, veilig overdragen van de installatie voor reparatie en de opstart. Verder: - Reviewen en uitgifte van veilige werkvergunningen. Het laten veiligstellen van de te onderhouden installaties, zodat er veilig gewerkt kan worden. - Toezichthouden op werkzaamheden en afspraken zoals op de werkvergunningen afgesproken zijn, en maatregelen nemen als dit niet in overeenstemming is. - (Laten)opstellen van een cleaning plan en (reparatie)werkzaamheden in overleg met maintenance en productie. - Inbrengen van kennis tijdens o.a. HAZOP-studies, review bijeenkomsten van P&ID's, procesbesturingen, lay-out etc. Het opstellen van bedieningsvoorschriften en het (laten) opstellen werkinstructies i.s.m. praktijkinstructeurs.
