Ben jij analytisch sterk, heb je ervaring met personeelsplanning en weet jij hoe je mensen, processen en kosten optimaal op elkaar afstemt? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga jij doen? Als Workforce Optimisation Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de personeelsplanning, capaciteit en productiviteit binnen onze operationele afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment worden ingezet, waarbij je rekening houdt met de operationele behoeften, personeelskosten en afspraken met klanten. Je geeft leiding aan een team van Workforce Planners en Business Analysts en werkt nauw samen met Operations, HR en Finance. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met het regionale Operational Excellence-team en vertaal je de workforce-strategie naar concrete verbeteringen binnen WFS. Met behulp van data-analyses, forecasts en rapportages signaleer je knelpunten en adviseer je het management over personeelsinzet, productiviteit en kostenbeheersing. Je bewaakt de personeelsbudgetten en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en toekomstbestendige operatie. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren en digitaliseren van onze planningsprocessen. Je neemt initiatief, begeleidt verbeterprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe werkwijzen succesvol worden toegepast.
