Je komt terecht bij een gekende speler op gebied van verhuurmateriaal voor de bouwsector, met vestiging in Aartselaar.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale marktleider in de verhuur van professioneel materieel voor de bouw- en industriesector zijn we bij Unique op zoek naar een Workshop Manager.

Als Workshop Manager ben jij het kloppende hart van de vestiging: je zorgt dat alles op wieltjes loopt – van teamcoaching tot klantrelaties en van planning tot administratie.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de commerciële, operationele en administratieve werking en rapporteert aan de Business Unit Manager.
  • Je stuurt je team aan met een motiverende, participatieve stijl en zorgt zo voor een efficiënte werkorganisatie.
  • Je coördineert het dagelijkse werk in de werkplaats, bewaakt deadlines en garandeert een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Komt er een machine binnen ter herstelling? Jij bekijkt welke herstelling dient te gebeuren en stuurt je team van monteurs aan.
  • Je kijkt toe op een correcte verwerking van dossiers, orders, onderhouds- en herstellingsaanvragen.
  • Je analyseert de lokale markt, bepaalt KPI’s en bouwt actief de klantenportefeuille uit.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, waarbij je een vestiging, afdeling of team volledig beheerde.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van montage en herstellingen.
  • Je behaalde een Bachelorsdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Kennis Engels is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met CRM, ERP-systemen en Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, ..)
  • Bouwde je al ervaring op in de verhuur-, bouw- of technische sector? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en denkt proactief mee na over verbeteringen.
