Het taxeren van vastgoed in alle soorten en maten is een vak apart. Het vraagt om brede kennis van zaken gecombineerd met een nieuwsgierige en frisse blik op de ontwikkelingen in onze gemeente en op de wereld daaromheen. Inwoners en ondernemers moeten er immers op kunnen vertrouwen dat WOZ-taxaties ieder jaar opnieuw zorgvuldig en objectief tot stand komen. Dus zie jij jezelf dit realiseren? Solliciteer dan nu! Werk jij straks hier? Werken voor het Klant Contact Centrum (KCC) is werken voor het gezicht van Leidschendam-Voorburg. Ieder team draagt op haar manier bij aan onze dienstverlening. Van het aanvragen van een rijbewijs tot aan een complex vergunningstraject voor een evenement, dit gebeurt allemaal bij het KCC. Hier worden klanten geholpen zoals zij geholpen willen worden: aan de balie, telefonisch en online. Dé afdeling waar je direct van betekenis kunt zijn. Hoe doe jij ertoe: Jaarlijks taxeren wij zo'n 44.000 objecten in onze gemeenten. Een flinke, maar belangrijke klus. Tof als het gelukt is om alle zaken weer te hebben herzien en gewaardeerd. Een goede WOZ-waarde is immers van groot belang. Deze wordt namelijk voor meerdere doeleinden gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld voor de aanslag onroerendezaakbelastingen en door de belastingdienst voor de inkomstenbelasting. Met jouw inzet zorgen we voor correcte waarderingen en voor een soepel draaiend systeem achter de schermen. Onderdeel van de werkzaamheden zijn: • Actualiseer waarde-relevante gegevens en bepaal WOZ-waarden voor woningen en niet-woningen van Gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg • Voer permanente marktanalyse uit en begeleid de herwaardering • Handel bezwaarschriften af en stel taxatierapporten op voor beroepsprocedures • Vertegenwoordig de gemeente bij de rechtbank • Helpt met de voorbereiding voor de stu...
