Dein Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in - Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Hygiene und Wundmanagement oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung - Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Infektionsprävention und moderne Wundversorgung - Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke - Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentationssystemen - Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise - Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifendes Denken

Deine Aufgaben - Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Hygienemanagements - Teilnahme an fachspezifischen Informations-Sitzungen der DG und Weiterbildungen zuzüglich des Wissenstransfer an die Mitarbeiter - Umsetzung und Überwachung hygienerelevanter Standards (Hygienehandbuch) und Richtlinien - Beratung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in Hygiene- und Infektionsprävention - Fachliche Begleitung bei Ausbruchs- und Infektionsgeschehen - Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Wundmanagements - Umsetzung und Überwachung aller Standards und Richtlinien bezüglich Wunde Wundprävention und Kompressionstherapie - Beratung, Unterstützung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in Wunde- und deren Prävention und Material sowie der Dokumentation in der digitalen Bewohnerakte - Beratung und Unterstützung bei komplexen Wundsituationen - Absprache über die Wundbehandlung mit den Betroffenen, den Angehörigen, den behandelnden Ärzten und Krankenkassen bei komplexen Wundtherapien - Durchführung von Wundvisiten und Fallbesprechungen

Wer ist Vivias? Vivias besteht aus 3 Pflegeeinrichtungen, dem WPZS Hof Bütgenbach, dem WPZS St.Elisabeth St.Vith und dem Psychiatrischen Pflegewohnheim Haus Vitus St.Vith, in denen der Bewohner als Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht.

Wir beschäftigen insgesamt rund 320 Mitarbeiter(innen), die mit viel Herz täglich Hand in Hand arbeiten, um unseren Bewohnern einen lebenswerten und abwechslungsreichen Alltag zu bieten. Unsere beiden Standorte Bu¨tgenbach und St. Vith liegen in der belgischen Eifel, im Grenzgebiet zu Deutschland und Luxemburg.
