Deze voedingsproducent uit regio Kortrijk groeide de voorbije 25 jaar uit tot een omzet van meer dan 300 miljoen euro en telt intussen ruim 450 medewerkers. Als vaste waarde op de Europese markt beschikt het bedrijf over een sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark. Om jonge ingenieurs alle kansen te geven, wordt er gezocht naar een Young Graduate Engineer die zich binnen deze productieomgeving verder wil ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het leuke van deze rol is dat elk traject uniek is, maar hieronder alvast enkele voorbeelden:
  • Als Process Engineer werk je mee aan de optimalisatie van productieprocessen en -installaties, van voorstel tot implementatie
  • Daarnaast kan je als Teamlead Productie een afdeling aansturen, waarbij je technische kennis combineert met people management en de aanpak van bottlenecks
  • Als Projectleider Onderhoud neem je dan weer het voortouw in verbeterprojecten rond specifieke technologieën binnen productie, zoals verpakking
  • Zo worden alle mogelijke functies samen met jou afgetoetst, zodat een traject op maat wordt uitgewerkt op basis van jouw interesses en sterktes
  • Je behaalde recent een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma ingenieurswetenschappen
  • Ervaring is voor deze functie niet vereist, aangezien het traject specifiek gericht is op starters
  • Daarnaast beschik je over een ondernemende, positief ingestelde persoonlijkheid, met doorzettingsvermogen, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, helicopterzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en ben je bereid je kennis van het Frans verder te ontwikkelen
