Als Young Insurance Professional Auto leer je schadebeheer van binnenuit kennen. Je analyseert autoschadedossiers, begeleidt klanten op belangrijke momenten en ontdekt hoe processen, technologie en expertise samen zorgen voor een snelle en correcte dienstverlening. Je leert stap voor stap waarborg en aansprakelijkheid beoordelen en bouwt zo de expertise op om uit te groeien tot specialist Schade Auto.

Je komt terecht in een daadkrachtig team waarin collega's kennis delen en nauw samenwerken. Samen helpen jullie klanten snel, correct en oplossingsgericht en zoeken jullie voortdurend naar manieren om de werking te verbeteren. De expertise die je hier opbouwt, geeft je bovendien een stevige basis om later door te groeien naar andere expertrollen binnen KBC.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert schadedossiers en verzamelt de nodige informatie om tot een correcte beslissing te komen
  • Je leert stap voor stap waarborg en aansprakelijkheid beoordelen.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling.
  • Je communiceert helder met klanten, agenten, experten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je bouwt snel expertise op binnen Schade Auto en past die kennis toe in je dossiers.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe processen en werkwijzen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen op basis van de beschikbare informatie.
  • Je zoekt naar de beste oplossing voor de klant, zonder de kwaliteit van je beslissing uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe digitalisering en automatisering het schadebeheer verder kunnen verbeteren.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma. Ook met een masterdiploma ben je welkom.
  • Ervaring in verzekeringen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in schadeverzekeringen en wilt daarin expert worden.
  • Je houdt ervan om dossiers grondig te analyseren en verbanden te leggen.
  • Je ziet kansen om processen slimmer, eenvoudiger of efficiënter te maken.
  • Je leert snel bij en verdiept je graag in complexe materie.
  • Je denkt vanuit de klant en zoekt actief naar een werkbare oplossing.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar haalt ook energie uit samenwerken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je wilt niet alleen schadedossiers leren behandelen, maar ook begrijpen hoe de verschillende onderdelen van een verzekeraar samenwerken.
