Jobomschrijving

In dit Young Potential Traineeship - Operations & Planning, doorloop je een uitgebreid opleidingstraject dat jou klaarstoomt voor een rol binnen transport en productieplanning in een internationale onderneming. Je wordt klaargestoomd om na jouw opleiding en inwerkingsperiode een stap richting management te zetten.

Dit zijn alle stappen en taken die je zal doorlopen:

  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van productieplanningen
  • Analyseren van productie- en capaciteitsdata en vertalen naar verbeteracties
  • Afstemmen van vraag, capaciteit en middelen met productie en sales
  • Ondersteunen van de transportplanning en opvolgen van tijdige leveringen
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders (productie, logistiek, customer service)
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties
  • Stapsgewijs doorgroeien naar een meer autonome rol binnen planning en operations
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch en beschikt over probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Je bent leergierig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan omgaan met verschillende interne belangen
  • Je hanteert een proactieve, hands-on mindset
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel (draaitabellen); Power BI, ERP of MS Dynamics is een plus
  • Je hebt spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een extra troef
  • Je beschikt over maturiteit en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen
