Wat ga je doen?

Het Young Talent Program Store Manager is geen nine-to-five job achter een bureau. In tegendeel, je neemt een vliegende start als winkelbediende, groeit door naar de functie Assistant Store Manager en ontdekt bovendien de wondere logistieke wereld van onze distributiecentra. Voor je het weet, ben je als Store Manager verantwoordelijk voor je eigen Lidl-winkel en een team van een dertigtal collega's. Je carrière boosten bij een werkgever die zichzelf de beste supermarkt en Top Employer mag noemen? Bij Lidl ben je aan het juiste adres!

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt maximaal 2 jaar werkervaring.
  • Retail is je passie en het idee om in een Lidl-winkel te werken, geeft je energie.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B op zak of bent bereid om dit voor je opstart te behalen.
  • Werken in een flexibel uurrooster is echt jouw ding. Tijdens het Young Talent Program (& erna) werk je volgens de openingsuren en ben je dus ook op zaterdag beschikbaar.
  • Je bent een doener die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • We steken het niet onder stoelen of banken, in de retail werken is best uitdagend, maar ook heel plezant.
  • Je bent niet bang om beslissingen te nemen en hebt zin om een team te coachen zodat jij en je team ervoor zorgen dat we samen onze ambitieuze doelstellingen waarmaken.
  • Je organiseert alles en iedereen. Van je winkel en al het werk tot je processen, doelstellingen en financiën.
