Zoek jij een studierelevante studentenjob waarin je echt impact maakt op de digitale toekomst van HR?

Voor een internationaal voedingsbedrijf in regio Wielsbeke (met focus op gezonde voeding en duurzaamheid) zoeken we een analytische en gedreven student met een passie voor procesoptimalisatie en technologie.

Geen louter administratieve job, maar een uitdagend project waarin je HR-processen analyseert, digitaliseert, automatiseert en helpt implementeren.

Je werkt mee aan de digitale transformatie binnen HR. Het takenpakket stellen we in overleg samen op basis van jouw interesses en vaardigheden:

  • Processen in kaart brengen & optimaliseren: Analyseer bestaande HR-workflows (zoals onboarding, opleidingsaanvragen of performance management), breng ze visueel in kaart en detecteer knelpunten en automatiseringsopportuniteiten.
  • Digitale oplossingen bouwen: Ontwerp en ontwikkel gebruiksvriendelijke tools, dashboards en automatische goedkeuringsflows met behulp van Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Lists, Copilot & AI).
  • Testen & Implementatie: Stel testscenario's op, verzamel gebruikersfeedback, begeleid de uitrol binnen de organisatie en meet de impact van de vernieuwde processen

Je bent een 3e bachelor of master student in een relevante opleiding (bijv. Toegepaste Informatica, Business Information Management, Handelswetenschappen, HR & Data, of een soortgelijke richting).

Je bent tijdens het academiejaar minstens 1 dag per week beschikbaar (meer dagen mogelijk).

Je denkt sterk analytisch, houdt van probleemoplossing en hebt affiniteit met procesvisualisatie (flowcharts/BPMN) en technologie.

Kennis van of sterke interesse in het Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is een grote troef.

Je beschikt over eigen vervoer (de locatie is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer).
