Zoek jij een studierelevante studentenjob waarin je creativiteit en instructional design combineert om impact te maken?

Voor een internationaal voedingsbedrijf in regio Wielsbeke (met focus op gezonde voeding en duurzaamheid) zoeken we een creatieve en leergierige student die onze onboarding en interne communicatie naar een hoger niveau helpt tillen.

Geen losse posters of administratie, maar een uitdagend project waarin je visueel aantrekkelijke, mensgerichte en inspirerende leerervaringen ontwerpt die daadwerkelijk door onze medewerkers gebruikt worden.

Je werkt mee aan het vernieuwen van de onboarding en leeromgeving voor nieuwe medewerkers. Het takenpakket stellen we in overleg samen op basis van jouw interesses en talenten:

  • Onboarding & Instructional Design: Analyseer bestaande leertrajecten en ontwerp leertrajecten op maat, gebaseerd op principes uit de leerwetenschappen, didactiek en UX-design.
  • Contentcreatie & Grafisch Ontwerp: Vertaal complexe informatie en instructies naar aantrekkelijke e-learnings, infographics, videoscripts, werkinstructies en interactieve oefeningen.
  • Storytelling & Interne Communicatie: Ontwikkel creatieve verhalen, formats en campagnes over onze organisatiecultuur, kwaliteitsnormen en merkidentiteit om nieuwe collega's te inspireren en te verbinden.

Je bent een 3e bachelor of master student en volgt een opleiding in Grafische & Digitale Media, Communicatie, Educatieve Bachelor, Multimedia / Crossmedia, Learning & Development of een gelijkwaardige richting.

Je bent tijdens het academiejaar minstens 1 dag per week beschikbaar (meer dagen mogelijk).

Je bent creatief, houdt van ontwerpen, visualiseren of schrijven, en bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe mensen leren en informatie opnemen.

Je kan zelfstandig initiatief nemen en denkt graag mee over de beste gebruikerservaring.

Je beschikt over eigen vervoer (de locatie is niet bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer).
