  • Beheer alle activiteiten van je winkel en zorg ervoor dat je doelen worden gehaald
  • Betrek jezelf in het veld en pas - samen met je team - de commerciële activiteiten van het merk toe
  • Gegarandeerde 5* klantenservice zoals Yves Rocher die kent
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de merchandisingrichtlijnen correct worden toegepast
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de procedures voor contanten en voorraden worden nageleefd
  • De logistieke activiteit van de winkel en de dagelijkse controle ervan optimaliseren

Management & HR :

  • Uw personeel werven, opleiden en bijscholen
  • Je team dagelijks stimuleren om verkoopdoelen te halen
  • Optreden als woordvoerder voor de HR-teams in het veld en ervoor zorgen dat de regels en procedures worden toegepast - Opstellen van planningen in lijn met de Business
  • En natuurlijk: met trots de waarden van het merk uitdragen!
