Dit houdt in dat je bezig bent met de kwaliteit van het beheer, verzorg je de documentatie hiervan en geef je adviezen over de technische voorstellen van de infrastructuur, haalbaarheid en benodigde capaciteit en expertise. Verder houdt je je bezig met het registreren, analyseren, oplossen en bewaken van incidenten en wijzigingsaanvragen. Ook verzorg je de ondersteuning van gebruikers bij het gebruik van bedrijfsapplicaties en ICT systemen.
