Zo realiseer jij je omzetdoelstellingen én de persoonlijke doelstellingen van je team.

Jij zet jouw deskundigheid, betrouwbaarheid en gevoel voor service in bij het:

  • Beheren van de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de winkel. Dit doe je op een klantgerichte wijze.
  • Realiseren van de omzet. Daarbij houd je rekening met de vereiste kwaliteit, kwantiteit en kosten.
  • Vertalen van strategie en beleid naar concrete resultaten.
  • Aansturen en coachen van medewerkers om zo het beste uit je team te halen.
