Sint-Martinus Snooker is al vele jaren een gevestigde waarde in Gent. Onze club is een gezellige ontmoetingsplaats voor liefhebbers van snooker en pool, zowel voor recreatieve spelers als voor vaste clubleden en deelnemers aan wedstrijden.

Wij staan bekend om onze gemoedelijke sfeer, onze trouwe klantenkring en het aangename clubleven.

Om onze werking verder te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste, klantvriendelijke en betrouwbare medewerker die graag deel wil uitmaken van onze club.

Functieomschrijving

Als zaal- en barmedewerker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt en dat de dagelijkse werking van de club vlot verloopt.

Jouw taken:

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en bedienen.
  • Bestellingen van dranken opnemen, klaarmaken en serveren.
  • Betalingen ontvangen en de kassa beheren.
  • Reservaties van pool- en snookertafels aannemen, opvolgen en organiseren.
  • Klanten informeren over de beschikbaarheid van de tafels.
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en een aangename clubsfeer.
  • Zelfstandig instaan voor het goede verloop van je dienst.

Je werkt volgens een systeem van wisselende weekdiensten.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Sociaal, vriendelijk en communicatief is.
  • Graag met mensen omgaat en een klantgerichte houding heeft.
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en nauwkeurig kan werken.
  • Betrouwbaar, stipt en flexibel is.
  • Zich thuis voelt in een gezellige en levendige clubomgeving.
  • Bereid is om in wisselende diensten te werken.

Ervaring in horeca of klantenbediening is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. Motivatie, inzet en een positieve ingesteldheid vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
