Le Pain Quotidien (Frans voor "het dagelijks brood") is een bakkerij-restaurantgroep die in 1990 in Brussel werd opgericht door Alain Coumont. Als jonge chef ontevreden over de kwaliteit van brood in Brussel, begon Coumont zijn eigen biologisch zuurdesembrood te maken. Dat deed hij met slechts 4 ingrediënten: bloem, water, zout en tijd. Le Pain Quotidien heeft nu meer dan 210 bakkerijen in 21 landen. Hun missie is het creëren van betekenisvolle contacten in een thuis weg van huisen het serveren van eenvoudige, heerlijke, authentieke biologische en lokale gerechten, gemaakt in huis.

  • Je ontvangt klanten en zorgt voor een gastvrije service.
  • Je werkt zowel in de zaal, op het terras, aan de toonbank als aan de bar. Elke dag zorgen we dat er een rotatie is qua taken.
  • Je licht de specials toe, neemt bestellingen op, dient op & ruimt af, bereidt warme dranken,...
  • Je krijgt een opleiding op de vloer bij opstart maar kan ook deelnemen aan interne opleidingen of opleidingen van Horecaforma.
  • Je adviseert de gasten en doet aan up- en cross selling.
  • Je staat ook mee in voor het dagelijks onderhoud van jouw bakkerij-restaurant. De schoonmaak van de keuken, zaal, afwas en toiletten behoort tot jouw takenpakket.
