In ons bruisende restaurant zijn we op zoek naar zaal- en barmedewerkers en een zaalverantwoordelijke. We willen er zeker van zijn dat je bij ons team past, dus beantwoorden we graag de volgende vragen:

  • Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de horeca?
  • Ben je bereid om in de avonden en weekenden te werken?
  • Voel je je comfortabel in het omgaan met diverse gasten en situaties?

Als je op deze vragen 'ja' kunt antwoorden, dan ben jij misschien wel de ideale aanvulling op ons hechte team!

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Gasten met een warme glimlach verwelkomen en naar hun tafels begeleiden.
  • Menu's presenteren en deskundig advies geven over onze heerlijke gerechten en dranken.
  • Bestellingen nauwkeurig opnemen en efficiënt doorgeven aan de keuken.
  • Gerechten en dranken serveren volgens onze hoge service-standaarden.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte tafelindeling en reserveringen.
  • Klachten of problemen professioneel afhandelen om de gasttevredenheid te waarborgen.
  • Samenwerken met het keukenteam en andere zaalmedewerkers voor een vlotte service.
  • Afrekenen met gasten en zorgdragen voor een correcte betaling.
  • Bijdragen aan een nette en georganiseerde eetzaal.

Voor deze rol vragen wij het volgende:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar horeca-ervaring (vereist).
  • Een klantgerichte instelling met een positieve houding.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief met gasten om te gaan.
  • Een echte teamspeler die goed kan samenwerken met collega's en de keuken.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om onder druk te presteren.
  • Basiskennis van voedselveiligheid en hygiëne.
