Als zaalmedewerker bij Cho Gao ben jij het gezicht van ons restaurant en zorg je voor een gastvrije en soepele bediening. Jij weet hoe je onze gasten welkom laat voelen en zorgt ervoor dat hun avond onvergetelijk wordt. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving en ondersteunt het team bij diverse taken zoals het opnemen van bestellingen, serveren van gerechten en dranken, en het zorgen voor een nette en sfeervolle eetruimte.

Wat ga je doen?

• Ontvangen en begeleiden van gasten naar hun tafel.

• Opnemen van bestellingen en zorgen voor een correcte communicatie met de keuken en bar.

• Serveren van gerechten en dranken met oog voor detail.

• Uitleg geven over het menu en aanbevelingen doen, zowel voor eten als cocktails.

• Samenwerken met collega’s in de keuken en bar om een vlotte service te garanderen.

• Onderhouden van een schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving.

• Bijdragen aan de levendige sfeer van het restaurant.

• Openen en sluiten van het restaurant in afwisseling met je collega’s.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Ervaring in de horeca is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Enthousiasme en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker!

• Affiniteit met de Aziatische keuken en bereidheid om meer te leren over onze gerechten en cocktails.

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en/of Engels. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt gezien de internationale omgeving.

• Flexibel inzetbaar, ook in avonden, weekends en tijdens feestdagen.

• Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving en hebt oog voor detail.

• Gastvrij, vriendelijk en klantgericht met een passie voor horeca.
