The posting

Voor een gezellige horecazaak in de regio van Dikkelvenne zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren zaalverantwoordelijke die zich op lange termijn wil engageren.

Je bent niet alleen actief in de zaal, maar neemt ook de verantwoordelijkheid over het zaalteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt en helpt mee om flexi-medewerkers en studenten op te leiden en aan te sturen.

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en vriendelijke bediening van de klanten.
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over de goede werking van de zaal.
  • Je stuurt flexi-medewerkers en studenten aan en helpt hen opleiden.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt actief mee in de zaal en zorgt voor een goede service.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de zaal/horeca en kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent communicatief en spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je kan een team mee begeleiden en nieuwe medewerkers wegwijs maken.
  • Je bent bereid om elke vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag te werken.
  • Je zoekt bewust een job waarin je je voor lange termijn kan engageren.

Tijdens de wintermaanden werk je gemiddeld 30 uur per week. In de zomermaanden kan dit, afhankelijk van de drukte, meer zijn.

Je werkt sowieso in het weekend:

  • Vrijdag vanaf 17u tot sluiting
  • Zaterdag vanaf 12u tot sluiting
  • Zondag vanaf 10u tot sluiting
