Wil je werken als Zaalverantwoordelijke in Maasmechelen binnen een dynamisch restaurant-ontbijtbar? Zoek je naar een rol waarin je jouw passie voor lekker en gezond eten kunt delen? In de rol van Zaalverantwoordelijke ben jij het gezicht van ons restaurant. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en het creëren van een gezellige sfeer. Je taken omvatten:

  • Het aansturen van het team en begeleiden van de dagelijkse operaties.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opening en sluiting van het restaurant, inclusief het opstarten van de kassa's.
  • Onze gasten verwelkomen en hen bedienen aan tafel, aan de toog en in de bakkerij.
  • Een gedegen kennis opbouwen van ons menu en de speciale gerechten.
  • Klanten informeren over ons aanbod en de 'specials' van de dag.
  • Bereiden van heerlijke gerechten in de keuken.
  • Dagelijks onderhoud en schoonmaak van het restaurant verzorgen.

  • Je hebt een klantgerichte houding en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Je kunt goed communiceren en samenwerken.
