Wij zijn voor regio Mechelen/Leuven op zoek naar een zaalverantwoordelijke met een rock n roll attitude! Iemand die de zaal mee op sleeptouw neemt en elke service laat knallen. Jouw energie en je commerciële kant, dat is wat het verschil maakt!

Je staat sterk op de vloer, houdt het overzicht en krijgt studenten en flexi’s mee in je positieve vibe.

Jouw missie

  • Zaal en terras staan strak vóór de eerste gast binnenwandelt
  • Mise-en-place, flow, sfeer en timing? Jij ziet meteen of het klopt
  • Je draait volop mee en houdt tegelijk het overzicht
  • Reservaties, tempo en team, jij stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Studenten en flexi’s begeleid je met geduld, duidelijkheid en goeie vibes
  • Je zegt wat beter kan en staat zelf ook open voor feedback
  • Problemen schuif je niet door, je lost ze op
  • Je adviseert gasten enthousiast over pizza’s, dranken en de beste combinaties
  • Tijdens de service ben jij het anker op de vloer
