Ben jij een ervaren horeca-pro die de knoppen van een zaal perfect weet te bedienen? Hou je van de dynamiek op de werkvloer, bewaar je moeiteloos het overzicht op drukke momenten en vind je het geweldig om jobstudenten en flexi-medewerkers op te leiden en te coachen?

Voor een sfeervolle en gezellige horecazaak in de regio Dikkelvenne (Gavere) zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Zaalverantwoordelijke voor een langetermijn engagement.

In deze spilfunctie combineer je het actieve meewerken in de zaal met het nemen van de leiding over de service, de reservaties en de teamprestaties!

Als Zaalverantwoordelijke ben jij het gezicht van de zaak én de drijvende kracht achter de schermen:

  • Actieve Bediening & Service: Je neemt bestellingen op, adviseert gasten met de glimlach over gerechten en dranken, ontvangt betalingen en garandeert een vlekkeloze, vriendelijke bediening.
  • Organisatie & Overzicht: Je organiseert, controleert en stroomlijnt de bediening in de zaal. Je beheert de reservaties, update de tafelbezetting en bewaart de rust en het overzicht tijdens piekuren.
  • Teamcoaching & Opleiding: Je stuurt studenten en flexi-medewerkers enthousiast aan, begeleidt hen op de werkvloer en leidt nieuwe krachten op.
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid: Je zorgt dat de zaal er altijd uitnodigend bij staat en dat de algemene werking van A tot Z klopt.

Als Zaalverantwoordelijke;

  • Ervaring: Je hebt reeds een solide en aantoonbare ervaring opgebouwd in de zaalbediening (horeca) en kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Leidinggevende Capaciteiten: Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (zeer goede kennis Nederlands) en hebt het in je om een team te enthousiasmeren en te sturen.
  • Vaste Werkdagen: Je zoekt bewust een job met een vast weekendrooster van vrijdag t.m. zondag:
  • Vrijdag: vanaf 17u00 tot sluit
  • Zaterdag: vanaf 12u00 tot sluit
  • Zondag: vanaf 10u00 tot sluit
  • Engagement: Je zoekt bewust naar een stabiele functie op lange termijn waar je mee kan bouwen aan het succes van de zaak.

Winterperiode: Gemiddeld 30 uur per week (verpreid over vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag).

Zomerperiode: Mogelijkheid tot extra uren naargelang de drukte en het terrasseizoen!
