Cultuur Verbindt Roosendaal (CVR) heeft de afgelopen jaren een stevige positie opgebouwd in het culturele veld van Roosendaal. Als netwerkorganisatie ondersteunen we makers, verenigingen en culturele initiatieven, stimuleren we samenwerking en verbinden we mensen, organisaties en ideeën. CVR is onder meer bekend van Ditch Your Pitch, de Cultuurprijs, CultuurCafés, workshops, EQUINOX en het culturele programma tijdens de Dag van Roosendaal. Daarnaast ondersteunen we makers en verenigingen met advies en regelingen en signaleren we ontwikkelingen en kansen binnen het culturele veld. De organisatie is de afgelopen jaren gegroeid in activiteiten, netwerk en betekenis. Door recente personele wisselingen wordt het team de komende periode opnieuw opgebouwd. Tegelijkertijd bereiden we ons voor op de volgende subsidieperiode vanaf 2028. Daarmee is dit een belangrijk moment om in te stappen. We zoeken een zakelijk leider die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de dagelijkse organisatie en samen met bestuur, team en partners richting geeft aan de verdere ontwikkeling van CVR. De functie Als zakelijk leider zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse organisatie goed functioneert. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat werkzaamheden, mensen en middelen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je bewaakt planning, capaciteit, financiën en voortgang en stemt de werkzaamheden binnen het team en met externe professionals op elkaar af. Binnen de afgesproken kaders krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en leg je hierover verantwoording af aan het bestuur. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen CVR, het bestuur, de gemeente en het culturele veld.
