Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, gedreven en commercieel ingestelde Assistant Shop Manager voor onze multi-brand fashion store ZEB in Zelzate. Als Assistant Shop Manager maak je deel uit van een inspirerende omgeving waar fashion, klantenservice en teamwork samenkomen.

Als Assistant Shop Manager bij ZEB Zelzate ondersteun je de Shop Manager bij de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elke klant met een glimlach én de perfecte outfit de winkel verlaat.

Je bent een voorbeeld op de winkelvloer, motiveert je collega's en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen. Bij afwezigheid van de Shop Manager neem jij de leiding en zorg je ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt.

Wat is jouw rol als Assistant Shop Manager bij ZEB?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant op een warme, respectvolle en professionele manier wordt onthaald en een uitstekende winkelervaring beleeft.
  • Je ondersteunt de Shop Manager bij de dagelijkse organisatie en werking van de winkel.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt het verkoopteam om samen het beste resultaat neer te zetten.
  • Je gaat samen met je team de uitdaging aan om dagelijkse targets en commerciële KPI's te behalen.
  • Je neemt initiatief om verkoopkansen te benutten en de winkelresultaten te verbeteren.
  • Je geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld door klanten op een enthousiaste en deskundige manier te adviseren bij het vinden van de perfecte outfit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de planning, taakverdeling en opvolging van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er altijd netjes, overzichtelijk en commercieel aantrekkelijk uitziet.
  • Je volgt nieuwe leveringen en collecties op en zorgt samen met het team voor een stijlvolle presentatie in de winkel.
  • Je waakt over een correcte kassawerking en de naleving van de winkelprocedures.

  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en weet collega's op een positieve manier te motiveren, coachen en inspireren.
  • Fashion is jouw ding! Je volgt de laatste trends en hebt gevoel voor stijl en kleurencombinaties.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt vlot prioriteiten stellen in een dynamische winkelomgeving.
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en kunt zelfstandig beslissingen maken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en positief ingesteld, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Een flexibel uurrooster en weekendwerk schrikken jou niet af.
