Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste, ervaren en gedreven Senior Sales Advisor voor onze multi-brand fashion store ZEB.

Als Senior Sales Advisor maak je deel uit van een inspirerende omgeving waar klantenservice, fashion en commercieel inzicht samenkomen. Je bent een echte fashionliefhebber, hebt een passie voor verkoop en weet als geen ander hoe je klanten een unieke winkelervaring bezorgt.

Ben jij klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld, gepassioneerd door fashion en flexibel? Heb je bovendien ervaring in de verkoop en neem je graag extra verantwoordelijkheid? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Senior Sales Advisor is het jouw missie om elke klant van de perfecte outfit te voorzien. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de winkelvloer en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen en professioneel en persoonlijk advies krijgen.

Daarnaast neem je een voorbeeldrol binnen het team, draag je actief bij aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen en ondersteun je collega's waar nodig.

Wat is jouw rol als Senior Sales Advisor bij ZEB?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant op een warme, respectvolle en professionele manier wordt onthaald.
  • Je begeleidt klanten met persoonlijk en deskundig stijladvies bij het vinden en combineren van outfits en accessoires.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in het behalen van dagelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen en KPI's, samen met je team.
  • Je benut commerciële kansen en stimuleert bijkomende verkoop door klanten op een natuurlijke manier te adviseren.
  • Je biedt professioneel advies aan de paskamers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich goed voelen en kunnen stralen.
  • Je neemt een voorbeeldfunctie op de winkelvloer en ondersteunt en motiveert collega's met jouw ervaring en enthousiasme.
  • Je helpt mee om nieuwe collega's te begeleiden en je kennis van producten, merken en verkooptechnieken te delen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er steeds netjes, aantrekkelijk en commercieel sterk uitziet.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de presentatie van nieuwe collecties en een inspirerende winkelbeleving.
  • Je staat garant voor een correcte en vlotte afhandeling aan de kassa.

  • Je bent gepassioneerd door fashion, trends en styling en hebt gevoel voor kleurencombinaties.
  • Je weet klanten te inspireren en bouwt graag een duurzame klantenrelatie op.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid op de winkelvloer.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die collega's weet te motiveren, ondersteunen en inspireren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en draagt actief bij aan een verzorgde en commerciële winkelpresentatie.
