Als Expediteur Zeevracht begeleid je internationale zendingen en zorg je dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Zoek jij een functie waarin je zelf verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor je dossiers? Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 3.200 en € 4.500 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Een afwisselende functie waarin je zeevrachtzendingen van boeking tot aflevering begeleidt; - Dagelijks contact met klanten, rederijen, vervoerders en internationale agenten; - De mogelijkheid om jouw kennis van zeevracht verder te verdiepen; - Persoonlijke begeleiding vanuit Extra Talent bij jouw volgende stap. Wat ga je doen? Als Expediteur Zeevracht organiseer je het transport van FCL- en LCL-zendingen. Je stemt de verschillende onderdelen van het traject op elkaar af en grijpt in wanneer een planning verandert. Daarbij houd je de klant op de hoogte en zorg je dat het dossier administratief klopt. - Je neemt transportopdrachten aan en maakt boekingen bij rederijen en andere transportpartners; - Je bewaakt afvaarten, aankomsten en deadlines en organiseert het voor- en natransport; - Je controleert transportdocumenten, waaronder bills of lading, en stemt de douaneafhandeling af; - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en agenten over de voortgang en eventuele wijzigingen; - Je controleert kosten en opbrengsten en zorgt voor een correcte dossierafsluiting en facturatie.
