The posting

Zin om niet alleen dossiers te beheren, maar ook mee te bouwen aan een kantoor in volle groei?

Voor een jong en ambitieus accountantskantoor, opgericht in 2024 door twee ondernemende vennoten, zijn we op zoek naar een zelfstandig accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mee wil groeien met het verhaal.

Over het kantoor

Het kantoor werd opgericht vanuit een duidelijke visie: accountancy moet persoonlijk, efficiënt en toegankelijk zijn.

Vandaag bestaat het team uit drie zelfstandige accountants en wordt een groeiende portefeuille van voornamelijk KMO-klanten begeleid. De sterke groei zorgt binnenkort voor een verhuis naar een nieuw kantoor.

Ondanks die groei blijft de aanpak bewust persoonlijk. Er zijn korte communicatielijnen, veel vertrouwen en vooral veel vrijheid.

Je hoeft dus niet elke dag op kantoor aanwezig te zijn. In de praktijk wordt er gemiddeld 3 à 4 dagen per week van thuis uit gewerkt, met overleg en klantenmomenten op kantoor wanneer dat nodig is.

Jouw rol

Als zelfstandig accountant krijg je volledige verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen dossiers. Je volgt klanten op van A tot Z en bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt voor boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z.
  • Voorbereiden en afsluiten van boekhoudkundige dossiers.
  • Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en financiële afsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van fiscale aangiften.
  • Uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige analyses en financiële rapporteringen.
  • Beantwoorden van boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen van klanten.
  • Actief meedenken met ondernemers en advies verlenen waar mogelijk.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een accountant die zelfstandig kan werken, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit klantencontact.

Je hebt:

  • Ongeveer 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers en afsluitingen.
  • Een zelfstandige ingesteldheid of de ambitie om als zelfstandige te werken.
  • Een sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid.
  • Een gezonde dosis ondernemerschap en initiatief.
  • Zin om mee te groeien met een jong en ambitieus kantoor.

Kennis van Silverfin, Wolters Kluwer en Expert/M is mooi meegenomen.
