Als Zelfstandig Assistent Accountant werk je voor klanten in het MKB. Je stelt jaarrekeningen samen, signaleert bijzonderheden en bespreekt je bevindingen met klanten en collega's. Je denkt mee, vraagt door en helpt ondernemers het beste uit zichzelf en hun onderneming te halen met onze Groei- en Balansmethodiek als leidraad. Je start bij FACET met een gevarieerd pallet aan werkzaamheden. Je krijgt de vrijheid én het vertrouwen om zelfstandig jaarrekeningen op te stellen, tussentijdse cijfers en prognoses te maken en een goede dossiervorming te borgen. Daarbij bouw je duurzame relaties op met onze klanten en onderhoud je deze actief. Je begeleidt (beginnend) assistenten in hun ontwikkeling en draagt actief bij aan onze roadmap en teamvisie. Bij FACET werk je in een collegiale omgeving die draait om balans, persoonlijke aandacht en ontwikkeling. En dat voel je. In hoe we samenwerken. In hoe we communiceren. En in hoe we elkaar helpen groeien.
