Over VoorzieningenFonds afdeling ArboZorg Het MKB-ZZP VoorzieningenFonds faciliteert schenkkringen voor zelfstandig ondernemers. Binnen deze schenkkringen ondersteunen ondernemers elkaar financieel wanneer een collega-ondernemer door ziekte of een ongeval tijdelijk niet of minder kan werken. Wij zoeken voor onze afdeling VF ArboZorg een zelfstandig communicatief sterke medewerker die contacten onderhoudt met de zieke ondernemers. Wat ga je doen? Je belangrijkste taak is het daadkrachtig opvolgen van ziekmeldingen en het actief beheren van lopende ziektedossiers. Je neemt telefonisch contact op met zieke ondernemers, vraagt gericht door en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige dossierbeoordeling. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: · Het actief en doelgericht nabellen van zieke ondernemers, waarin je niet terugdeinst voor kritische of lastige vragen. · Het zorgvuldig vastleggen van gesprekken, bevindingen en vervolgacties. · Het bewaken van lopende ziektedossiers. · Het uitvoeren van algemene administratieve werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de dagelijkse organisatie.
