Heb jij een bijzondere affiniteit met verslavingsproblematiek en ervaring in het begeleiden van mensen die worstelen met middelengebruik, gedragsverslaving of de gevolgen daarvan?

Wil je cliënten ondersteunen vanuit een empathische, respectvolle en gelijkwaardige benadering, waarbij zachtheid, authenticiteit en verbinding centraal staan?

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn specifiek op zoek naar een klinisch psycholoog of psychotherapeut met aantoonbare ervaring en/of een sterke expertise binnen de verslavingszorg.

Je hebt ervaring met cliënten die bijvoorbeeld kampen met:

  • alcohol- of middelenproblematiek
  • gedragsverslavingen, zoals gokken of gamen
  • co-morbide psychische kwetsbaarheden in combinatie met verslavingsproblematiek
  • relationele, familiale of psychosociale gevolgen van verslaving

Je werkt vanuit een warme, niet-veroordelende houding en hebt oog voor de persoon achter de problematiek. Je gelooft in een therapeutisch proces waarin veiligheid, vertrouwen, autonomie en authenticiteit centraal staan.

Wat houdt de samenwerking in?

  • Je staat in voor de therapeutische begeleiding van cliënten met een hulpvraag rond verslavingsproblematiek en aanverwante psychische moeilijkheden.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een gemotiveerd en warm team van 9 andere psychologen en therapeuten.
  • Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen therapeutische stijl en expertise in te zetten.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen agenda.
  • Er is momenteel een wachtlijst, waardoor je snel begeleidingen kan opstarten.
  • We ondersteunen je bij de opstart en bekendmaking van je zelfstandige activiteit.

Praktisch

We vragen een minimumengagement van 1 volledige dag per week.

De praktijkruimte is beschikbaar van 08.00 tot 20.00 uur. Je kan deze dag invullen als:

  • één volledige dag; of
  • twee halve dagen (08.00–14.00 uur / 14.00–20.00 uur).

Er wordt gewerkt met verhuur van dagdelen, die je zelf kan invullen volgens jouw agenda en mogelijkheden.

Als zelfstandig psycholoog/psychotherapeut speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen en begeleiden van cliënten met verslavingsproblematiek en aanverwante psychische moeilijkheden. Je werkt zelfstandig en staat in voor de psychologische begeleiding en therapeutische behandeling van cliënten met diverse hulpvragen binnen de verslavingszorg. Hierbij kan het onder meer gaan om middelengebruik, gedragsverslavingen, terugvalproblematiek, hervalpreventie en psychische of psychosociale problemen die samenhangen met verslaving.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die beschikt over een masterdiploma in de klinische psychologie, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een vierjarige postgraduaatopleiding psychotherapie, én die aantoonbare ervaring of een duidelijke specialisatie heeft in de verslavingszorg.

Kandidaten zonder masterdiploma klinische psychologie komen eveneens in aanmerking, op voorwaarde dat zij beschikken over een bachelordiploma in de humane wetenschappen (zoals toegepaste psychologie, orthopedagogie, …), een vierjarige postgraduaatopleiding psychotherapie én relevante ervaring en/of expertise in het begeleiden van cliënten met verslavingsproblematiek.

Wat we van jou als psycholoog/ psychotherapeut verwachten:

  • Werken vanuit een empathische, respectvolle en gelijkwaardige benadering, waarbij zachtheid en authenticiteit de basis vormen van het therapeutisch proces
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van behandelplannen op maat
  • Het geven van therapie aan cliënten met wetenschappelijk onderbouwde methoden
  • Uitvoeren van psychologische evaluaties en indien nodig het stellen van diagnoses
  • Zelfstandig beheren van cliëntendossiers en administratieve taken
  • Ervaring in het therapeutisch aan de slag gaan met cliënten
  • Sterke communicatie- en luistervaardigheden
  • Ondernemingszin en motivatie om mee je eigen activiteiten en cliëntenbestand op te bouwen
  • Zelfstandig werken en eigen agenda beheren
  • Werken in overeenstemming met de deontologische code
  • Gemotiveerd zijn om samen te werken met, en door te verwijzen naar collega's uit verschillende disciplines
  • Bereidheid om te overleggen met collega's indien hier vraag naar is
