The posting

Voor een groeiend initiatief binnen de hulpverlening ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige marketeer/social media professional die mee wil bouwen aan onze online zichtbaarheid en communicatie.

Het gaat in eerste instantie om een kleine, flexibele opdracht. Ideaal dus voor iemand die als freelancer werkt en nog ruimte heeft voor een extra project. Tegelijk zit er veel groeipotentieel in: verschillende initiatieven zijn volop in ontwikkeling, waardoor de opdracht op langere termijn snel kan uitbreiden.

Wat zoeken we?

Iemand die feeling heeft met sociale media én begrijpt dat communicatie binnen hulpverlening nét iets anders vraagt dan klassieke commerciële marketing.

Je helpt onder andere mee met:

  • content bedenken en uitwerken voor sociale media
  • posts en campagnes plannen
  • onze verschillende activiteiten op een herkenbare manier naar buiten brengen
  • meedenken over een contentkalender en communicatiestrategie
  • teksten en boodschappen vertalen naar toegankelijke, menselijke content
  • bereik en online zichtbaarheid verder uitbouwen
  • nieuwe ideeën aanbrengen en zelfstandig uitwerken

We zoeken vooral iemand die initiatief neemt. Iemand die niet alleen wacht op de boodschap “maak hier eens een post van”, maar zelf kansen ziet, voorstellen doet en mee nadenkt over hoe we mensen kunnen bereiken.

Wie zoeken we?

Je werkt op zelfstandige basis en hebt ervaring met marketing, communicatie en/of sociale media. Ervaring binnen welzijn, zorg, coaching, psychologie of hulpverlening is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Veel belangrijker is dat je voeling hebt met onderwerpen die soms gevoelig liggen en dat je daar op een warme, moderne en niet-stigmatiserende manier over kunt communiceren.

Creativiteit, zelfstandigheid en een frisse kijk zijn belangrijk. Je mag gerust zeggen: “Ik zou het helemaal anders aanpakken.”

Wat bieden we?

Je start met een kleine opdracht, waardoor we rustig kunnen bekijken of er een goede samenwerking en klik is.

Maar: er liggen heel wat plannen op tafel. Bij een goede samenwerking kan deze opdracht op relatief korte termijn groeien naar meer uren, meer verantwoordelijkheid en meerdere projecten binnen hulpverlening, podcast, netwerk en communicatie.

Geen klassieke marketing om zomaar iets te verkopen, maar communicatie die ervoor kan zorgen dat mensen sneller de weg naar de juiste hulp vinden.
