Als Medewerker Spoelkeuken ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen de keuken van Raveleijn. Dankzij jouw inzet beschikken de koks altijd over schoon servies, bestek, keukengerei en materialen. Zo lever je iedere dag een belangrijke bijdrage aan een veilige, schone en efficiënte keuken én aan een bijzondere gastbeleving. Als medewerker Spoelkeuken: - zorg je ervoor dat servies, bestek, glaswerk, pannen en keukengerei snel en zorgvuldig worden gereinigd. - houd je de spoelkeuken schoon, overzichtelijk en georganiseerd. - ondersteun je bij lichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in de keuken en zorg je ervoor dat werkplekken netjes blijven. - help je mee met het afvoeren van afval en het aanvullen van materialen waar nodig. - werk je volgens de geldende hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP). - draag je er samen met je collega's aan bij dat de keuken soepel kan blijven draaien, ook tijdens drukke momenten. Jouw werkplek Jij werkt op de vernieuwde horecalocatie bij de attractie Raveleijn. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Horeca Park. Horeca speelt een belangrijke rol in de totale gastbeleving binnen de Wereld van de Efteling. Met ruim 50 horecalocaties, verdeeld over vier verschillende formules, is er voor iedere gast een passende plek om iets lekkers te eten of te drinken. De vernieuwde horecalocatie bij Raveleijn is onderdeel van de Dining-formule.
