In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen aandachtsgebied binnen een faculteit of expertisecentrum en zorg je ervoor dat alle personeelsmutaties rondom in-, door- en uitstroom soepel en correct verlopen. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor vragen over secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Bouw mee aan een professionele en toekomstbestendige HR-administratie bij de Universiteit Maastricht! Jouw collega's Het People Support Office bestaat uit 22 betrokken collega's die samen zorgen voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte personeelsadministratie voor de hele universiteit. Daarnaast ondersteunen we medewerkers en leidinggevenden met informatie en advies over arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-processen. Samen vormen we een team waarin collegialiteit, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als zelfstandig People Support Officer ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden, HR-adviseurs en de salarisadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen zorgvuldig en tijdig worden uitgevoerd en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het coördineren en verwerken van complexe in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen, waarbij je de geldende wet- en regelgeving en interne richtlijnen nauwlettend bewaakt. - Het beheren en optimaliseren van geautomatiseerde workflows voor arbeidsovereenkomsten, personeelsmutaties en HR-...
