Ben jij een commercieel talent met voeling voor verwarming en koeling?

Pattyn Energietechnieken zoekt een zelfstandig Salesvertegenwoordiger HVAC-projecten om nieuwe klantaanvragen op te volgen. Je begeleidt hoofdzakelijk particuliere klanten (B2C) bij hun plannen voor verwarming of koeling, van het eerste gesprek tot de verkoop.

Je ontvangt als zelfstandige 8% commissie op de behaalde omzet. Pattyn bezorgt je leads die naar schatting 20 uur per week opvolging vragen. Je werkgebied is West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, met Brugge als uitvalsbasis.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Je contacteert geïnteresseerde klanten op basis van de leads die Pattyn je aanreikt en plant afspraken in.
  • Je gaat bij klanten langs in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, luistert naar hun plannen en brengt hun verwachtingen in kaart.
  • Je adviseert particuliere klanten over passende oplossingen voor verwarming en koeling, zoals warmtepompen, verwarmingsinstallaties en airconditioning.
  • Je calculeert HVAC-projecten en stelt zelf offertes op volgens vooraf afgesproken regels. Je licht je voorstellen toe, beantwoordt vragen en begeleidt klanten naar een aankoopbeslissing.
  • Je volgt je verkoopdossiers nauwgezet op en stemt waar nodig af met het technische team van Pattyn.

Pattyn Energietechnieken is een Brugse onderneming met jarenlange ervaring in verwarmings- en koeltechnieken. Vanuit een sterke technische achtergrond bouwde oprichter Ward Pattyn het bedrijf uit tot een team van vakmensen dat klanten begeleidt van advies tot installatie en service.

We zetten in op oplossingen op maat, waaronder warmtepompen, centrale verwarming en airconditioning. Een persoonlijke aanpak, technisch vakmanschap en duidelijke communicatie met de klant staan daarbij centraal.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je werkt als zelfstandige of bent bereid om een zelfstandige activiteit op te starten.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en bij voorkeur ervaring met verkoop aan particulieren. Ervaring in HVAC, woningtechnieken of renovatie is een must.
  • Je hebt technische interesse en wil je verdiepen in oplossingen voor verwarming en koeling. Je hoeft zelf geen installateur te zijn.
  • Je legt vlot contact, luistert goed en weet een klant op een eerlijke en overtuigende manier te adviseren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, volgt afspraken nauwgezet op en voelt je comfortabel bij een resultaatgerichte samenwerking.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, beschikt over rijbewijs B en kunt de leads zorgvuldig opvolgen (richtwaarde: ongeveer 20 uur per week).
