Heb je een passie voor het begeleiden en ondersteunen van mensen die moeilijkheden ervaren op het vlak van seksualiteit, intimiteit en relaties?

Heb je ervaring in het werken met mensen met uiteenlopende seksuele en relationele hulpvragen?

Hecht je veel belang aan een empathische, respectvolle en gelijkwaardige benadering, waarbij zachtheid en authenticiteit de basis vormen van het therapeutisch proces?

  • Je zal instaan voor de begeleiding van cliënten met seksuele, relationele en intimiteitsgerelateerde hulpvragen.
  • Je begeleidt cliënten rond uiteenlopende thema’s, zoals relationele vragen, zorgen rond seksueel verlangen, seksuele opwinding en orgasme, seksuele pijnklachten, seksuele identiteit en gender, afhankelijk van jouw expertise.
  • Je kan zowel individuele begeleiding als begeleiding van koppels aanbieden.
  • Je werkt op een professionele, warme en laagdrempelige manier en creëert een veilige ruimte waarin gevoelige thema’s bespreekbaar worden.
  • Je komt terecht in een gemotiveerd team van 9 andere collega’s (psychologen en therapeuten).
  • We vragen een minimum engagement van 1 volledige dag (de ruimte is beschikbaar van 08u–20u, te presteren in 1 volledige dag of 2 halve dagen).
  • Je kan je eigen agenda beheren.
  • We helpen met de opstart en bekendmaking van jouw zelfstandige activiteit.
  • Er wordt gewerkt met verhuur van dagdelen ( 08u–14u / 14u–20u), die je zelf kan invullen.
  • Er is momenteel een wachtlijst, zodat je meteen begeleidingen kan opstarten.

Wat we belangrijk vinden

We zoeken een seksuoloog of klinisch seksuoloog die op een deskundige en warme manier met cliënten aan de slag wil rond seksualiteit, intimiteit en relaties.

Een masterdiploma in de klinische psychologie, aangevuld met een gespecialiseerde opleiding in de seksuologie, is een sterke meerwaarde. Ook kandidaten met een relevante opleiding in de seksuologie en de nodige therapeutische achtergrond komen in aanmerking.

Ervaring met seksuele hulpvragen, relationele thema’s en/of psychotherapeutische begeleiding is een pluspunt. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je open en onbevooroordeeld kan omgaan met verschillende vormen van seksualiteit, relaties, gender en seksuele beleving, en dat je cliënten op een veilige en respectvolle manier kan begeleiden.

Als zelfstandig psycholoog/ psychotherapeut speel je een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen en begeleiden van cliënten in hun geestelijke gezondheidstraject. Je zult zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de psychologische begeleiding en het geven van therapie aan cliënten met diverse hulpvragen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die beschikt over een masterdiploma in de klinische psychologie/seksuologie

Wat we van jou als psycholoog/ seksuoloog verwachten:

  • Werken vanuit een empathische, respectvolle en gelijkwaardige benadering, waarbij zachtheid en authenticiteit de basis vormen van het therapeutisch proces
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van behandelplannen op maat
  • Het geven van therapie aan cliënten met wetenschappelijk onderbouwde methoden
  • Uitvoeren van psychologische evaluaties en indien nodig het stellen van diagnoses
  • Zelfstandig beheren van cliëntendossiers en administratieve taken
  • Ervaring in het therapeutisch aan de slag gaan met cliënten
  • Sterke communicatie- en luistervaardigheden
  • Ondernemingszin en motivatie om mee je eigen activiteiten en cliëntenbestand op te bouwen
  • Zelfstandig werken en eigen agenda beheren
  • Werken in overeenstemming met de deontologische code
  • Gemotiveerd zijn om samen te werken met, en door te verwijzen naar collega's uit verschillende disciplines
  • Bereidheid om te overleggen met collega's indien hier vraag naar is
