Wat houdt de job in?

Als zelfstandig technieker ligt jouw focus op het demonteren, reviseren, herstellen en monteren van sanitaire en industriële kleppen.

Je werkt zowel bij de klant op locatie als in ons atelier. Geen seriewerk dus, maar telkens verschillende types, merken en technische uitdagingen.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

• Demontage en montage van verschillende types kleppen, merkonafhankelijk

• Revisie en onderhoud van onder andere:

o vlinderkleppen

o terugslagkleppen

o klepafsluiters

o kogelkranen

o regelventielen

o bodemventielen

o ...

• Vervangen van dichtingen, afdichtingen en andere slijtdelen

• Controleren van onderdelen en beoordelen van slijtage of beschadigingen

• Uitvoeren van herstellingen bij de klant of in ons atelier

• Algemene mechanische werken

• Overleg met de klant over vaststellingen en mogelijke correctieve maatregelen

• Meewerken aan technische interventies en projecten op locatie

Je werkt onder andere aan kleppen van merken zoals Pentair-Südmo, Alfa Laval, SPX/APV, GEATuchenhagen,

Hilge, Fristam, Waukesha, End Armaturen en Kieselmann.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je:

• hebt een zelfstandig statuut, in hoofd- of bijberoep;

• hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud, kleppen, pompen of andere

technische installaties;

• hebt interesse in mechanica en flowtechniek;

• werkt graag met je handen en houdt ervan om problemen technisch uit te pluizen;

• werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit;

• kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in een klein team;

• communiceert vlot met collega's én klanten;

• bent oplossingsgericht en denkt mee met de klant;

• houdt van afwisseling en vindt het fijn dat geen twee werkdagen helemaal hetzelfde zijn;

• bent flexibel en kan enkele dagen per week of maand vrijmaken;

• bent bereid om op verplaatsing te werken bij klanten in heel België.

Ervaring met sanitaire kleppen of installaties in de voedingsindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar

geen absolute must.

Een goede technische basis, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid

vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
