Wat houdt de job in?

Als zelfstandig technieker werk je mee aan onderhoud en interventies bij onze klanten. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en werkt voornamelijk op verplaatsing, vaak in een klein en ervaren team.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

• Demontage en montage van platen- en buizenwarmtewisselaars

• Onderhoud en herstelling van warmtewisselaars, merkonafhankelijk

• Controle en inventarisatie van de staat van warmtewisselaars, platen en pakkingen

• Vervangen en aanbrengen van nieuwe pakkingen

• Ter plaatse afpersen en testen van warmtewisselaars

• Reinigen en onderhouden van warmtewisselaars

• Bespreken van vaststellingen en mogelijke oplossingen met de klant

• Meewerken aan interventies en technische projecten op locatie

Heb je interesse in kleppen en flowtechniek? Dan kan je takenpakket worden uitgebreid met:

• Demontage en montage van verschillende types sanitaire kleppen

• Revisie van onder andere vlinderkleppen, terugslagkleppen, kogelkranen, regelventielen, bodemventielen, ...

• Werken aan verschillende merken, waaronder Pentair-Südmo, Alfa Laval, SPX/APV, GEA-Tuchenhagen, Hilge, Fristam, Waukesha, Kieselmann en End Armaturen

Je hoeft uiteraard niet alles al te kennen. Technische interesse, nauwkeurigheid en de goesting om

bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met zijn handen werkt, technisch inzicht heeft en houdt van

afwisseling.

Je:

• hebt een zelfstandig statuut, in hoofd- of bijberoep;

• hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een technische omgeving, onderhoud of de voedingsindustrie;

• hebt interesse in mechanica en technische installaties;

• werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in een klein team;

• bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot;

• werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit;

• denkt mee en zoekt naar oplossingen wanneer iets niet loopt zoals verwacht;

• bent flexibel en vindt het fijn dat geen twee werkdagen helemaal hetzelfde zijn;

• bent bereid om op verplaatsing te werken bij klanten in heel België;

• kan enkele dagen per week of maand vrijmaken, afhankelijk van je beschikbaarheid.

Ervaring met warmtewisselaars, kleppen of andere flowtechniek is mooi meegenomen, maar geen

absolute must. Een hands-on mentaliteit en een gezonde dosis technische nieuwsgierigheid vinden

we minstens zo belangrijk.
