Ben jij verpleegkundige (Bachelor of HBO5) en voel je dat je meer autonomie wil in je werk? Wil je kwaliteitsvolle technische zorg bieden, in alle rust en met verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen ronde? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou.

Voor onze werking in Antwerpen centrum zoeken wij een zelfstandig verpleegkundige die met zorg en professionaliteit patiënten aan huis begeleidt.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen. Je kan rekenen op een warm team van collega-verpleegkundigen en administratieve ondersteuning vanuit het bureau. We begeleiden je stap voor stap bij het zelfstandig werken.

Wat houdt de functie concreet in?

  • Uitvoeren van technische verpleegkundige zorgen aan huis.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en beheren van je ronde.
  • Overleg met collega’s waar nodig.
  • Correct registreren van prestaties.

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken geen “uitvoerder”, maar een verpleegkundige die:

  • Een diploma Bachelor of HBO5 Verpleegkunde heeft.
  • Wil werken op zelfstandige basis (hoofd- of bijberoep).
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.
  • Kwaliteit boven snelheid plaatst.
  • Warm en respectvol omgaat met patiënten.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken én collegiaal is.

Ervaring in thuisverpleging is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie en zorgkwaliteit zijn voor ons belangrijker.
